Shamokin – Joseph J. Fairweather, 74, of 925 N. Orange Street, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Philadelphia on March 30, 1948 he was the son of the late Joseph and Ida (Defasio) Fairweather. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war.
On October 31, 1979 in Shamokin he married Rose M. Coronitti, who survives. He worked as a Master Carpenter and Supervisor for Irvine Construction Company.
In addition to his wife, Joseph is survived by a brother, Charles Fairweather of Philadelphia; and two step-sons, David G. Zablosky and his wife, Theresa of Limerick, and Martin J. Zablosky of Shamokin. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents.
