Daniel Leon Tetkoskie

Coal Township – Daniel Leon Tetkoskie, 75, entered into eternal rest at home on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

He was born February 6, 1946, a son of Leon Tetkoskie and Catherine Groblewskie. He was a life-long resident of Coal Township and was a volunteer fireman for 48 years. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War with the 101st Airborne. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and collecting guns. He was a member of the Fairview Gun Club. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

He is loved and will be missed by his companion, Melissa Hadley; son, Christopher Daniel Tetkoskie and wife, Kelly (Roland) Tetkoskie of Elizabethtown; son, Christopher Alan Hadley and wife, Angela (Snyder) Hadley of Enola; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Tetkoskie of Dover, PA; and stepson, Jason Lorenz of Coal Tonwship. He also leaves grandsons, Aaron and Corben; and granddaughters, Samantha, Taylor, and Olivia. In addition, he is mourned by sister, Rosalie Martin of NJ; brother, David Tetkoskie and wife, Janet of Arkansas. He is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother “Ted”; sister, Barbara Kopitsky; and his wife of 28 years, Susan Pensyl Lorenz Tetkoskie.

Daniel Leon Tetkoskie, 75, of Coal Township – Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 2:30 pm at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA, with Revered Joan Brown, officiating.
