Watsontown – Thomas E. Clayton, 60, of 250 Willow Road, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at Geisinger

Medical Center in Danville.

Born in Muncy on January 29, 1961 he was the son of Dale and Patricia (Myers) Clayton, who survive. He

attended Hughesville High School. He worked as a Building contractor. He was a member of the VFW in

Muncy.

Thomas was a building contractor all his life, he spent over 30 years working at Muncy Homes and also ran his

own contracting business. He loved spending time with family and friends and especially with his grandson,

Kyle.

Thomas is survived by a daughter, Angela Buck and her husband, Dennis; a grandson, Kyle Buck; Parents,

Dale and Patricia (Myers) Clayton; two sisters, Tammy Miller and her husband, Steve of DE, and Denise

Miller of Muncy; a brother, Keith Clayton of TN; three sisters-in-law, Kathy Nevel of Montgomery, Marge

Poust and her husband, Jim of Muncy, and Penny Benscoter and her fiancé, Will Zink of Muncy; three

brothers-in-law, Rob Bitler Jr of Montgomery, Dale Bitler and his fiancé Danielle Gordner of Watsontown,

and Jeff Funston; two half-brothers, Dale Clayton and his wife, Janice of Muncy, and Marty Clayton and his

wife, Pam of Montoursville; Mother-in-law, Lucinda Shreck and her husband, Charles of Montgomery; and

many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Clayton; a sister,

Virginia Funston; a brother-in-law, Paul Miller; and a father-in-law, Robert Bitler Sr.

FUNERAL NOTICE

Thomas E. Clayton, 60, of 250 Willow Road, Watsontown – Funeral services will be private at the

convenience of the family. Arrangements are being cared for by Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral and Cremation

Service, 240 W Chestnut Street, Shamokin, PA, Lori Ann Campbell, Supervisor. IN lieu of flowers memorial
