Linda S. Philhower

SHAMOKIN – Linda Philhower, 58, of 904 E Commerce St, passed away Wednesday, May 6. 2026, at her residence.

Born in Harrisburg on April 4, 1968 to the late Charles and Dessie L. Freeze.

Linda married Jason Philhower, who survives.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by a son, Adam Kistner Jr, and his wife, Sarah of Shamokin; a daughter, Anique Cress of Shamokin; two grandsons, Marley Kistner, and Landon Kistner; two granddaughters, Amarra Kistner and Charlie Mekosh; three sisters, Cindy Bennich and her husband, Mark, Tammy Oyster and her husband, Dave, and Nancy Rowe. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Shiffer.

Services will be later date at the convenience of the family.
