Harold Gordon Fulmer, IV

Elysburg – Harold “Hap” Gordon Fulmer, IV, 65, of 54 Jackson Road, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at his home.

Born on December 23, 1960 at Allentown Hospital to the late Susan (Spicer) Parks. He graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy.

He worked as a truck driver, and a heavy machinery operator. He was a member of the Pine Swamp 4 Wheelers.

He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and working on his Jeeps. His greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Hap received a lot of joy from his dogs, Gemma and Stella.

Harold is survived by a daughter, Haley Fulmer and her companion, Frank Helmer; a grandson, Cameron; a granddaughter, Addison; a brother, John Fulmer and his wife, Patti of Elysburg; a niece, Morgan; two nephews, Connor, and Gregory Fulmer. In addition to his mother, Harold was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Parks; and an uncle, John “Jack” Spicer.
